To receive a quote or to make a purchase for our service, you must submit various information such as your address, phone number, email address, credit card information, explain business activities, etc. This required personally identifiable information is necessary for us to process your transactions online and to also protect you against credit card fraud.

You only have permission to download files from our site if you are: a customer or we have gave you permission by inviting you. Under no other circumstances are you allowed to download files from our site. We will take legal action. Furthermore as we work to keep our site secure and safe, you should always scan all files for viruses before opening them on your computer.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to copy, save, adapt, publish, edit, display, reproduce, modify, rent, copy and paste, lease, distribute duplicated, print, any content on this site except what is permitted without written permission from Encore Products, Inc. Additionally any other uses of our website content not mentioned here is prohibited. Anyone who wishes to violate this well be held liable and further legal action will take place.

The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Encore Products, Inc. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any product or service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.

Website and Domain Hosting

Our website hosting and domains are provided to you by one of our venders ICDsoft LTD. For this you must agree to the terms and conditions of the hosting service. Click here to view your hosting terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of our hosting company then we cannot build a site for you. Encore Products, Inc is not responsible if you breech the contract with the hosting company ICDsoft LTD. Encore Products, Inc. is not responsible for any downtime related to the hosting company or network. We can assure you that ICDsoft LTD is a stellar company, we have used them for over 10 years in a 99.9% flawless environment.

Monthly Website Packages and Limitations

With our monthly website packages we do not lock you into a long term contract like most other companies do. We only ask that you give us a 90 day notice before canceling your website with us. From date of cancellation you will be responsible to pay the remaining 90 days or 3 month balance. Your website will still be up and running for the remainder of the time. If you wish to cancel and have your site taken down immediately, you can pay the remaining 90 days or 3 months and we will process your request in 3-4 business days.

Your credit card will be charged once a month for the package you have selected. Your card statement will show, "Encore Products, Inc.".

With our packages you are responsible for providing us electronically the content (text/writings) of your website. If you are unable to provide us content we can write it for you however extra fees will apply. Please contact us for a quote. We are not responsible for typos or managed content. Ultimately it is your responsibility to read every word on your website to insure accuracy.

Credit or debit cards are only accepted as payment for the monthly fee. However you may pay by check every 6 months if you like to, please contact us.

Nonpayment. If your payment declines you will have 15 days to provide us payment for your website. We will contact you if this happens. After the 15 days your site will be shut down until paid. After 60 days we will assume the website has been abandoned in which we will send you an invoice for the cancellation fees of 90 days or 3 months. If any remaining balance is not paid it will be sent to a collections agency.

We are providing you with a monthly website service in which we build a website on your behalf, host, support and maintain, in which you pay monthly for. For this, you do not own the website design, content, layout, flash graphics, animations, logos, icons, or anything that was not provided by you or created by our 3rd party vendors. This will always remain the intellectual property of Encore Products, Inc. and or its associated partners. You do not have authorization to copy any part of the website and host it on another server or to use it in any other way. All persons and parties violating this will be held responsible and legal action will take place.

If you provide us with any website content (text, graphics, logos, slogans, etc) you take full responsibility for ensuring that you have permission to use it and are not copyright/trademark infringing. Any items on your website that you have provided in question will be directed to you. You indemnify Encore Products, Inc. and all of its 3rd parties from any legal action associated with items you provide for your website.
